Throughout her career, Tijana has built a reputation for connecting entrepreneurs, municipal leaders, sponsors, and partners to deliver initiatives that drive measurable growth and community impact. She combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring ideas are translated into structured systems and real results.

Erin Jones leads operational coordination and administrative execution at Community Market Solutions, ensuring projects run smoothly from planning through delivery.
With a background in interior design and small business ownership through her firm Fort and Willow, Erin brings a strong eye for detail, organization, and client experience. She initially partnered with CMS on large-scale event décor and quickly became a core member of the team.
Today, Erin supports logistics, vendor coordination, scheduling, and internal systems — helping maintain structure, efficiency, and consistency across all projects.
